Our returns policy is available on all purchases within 30 days.
In the first instance, if you’re not fully satisfied with a product please contact us to discuss your options. Depending on the reasons for your return, we’ll provide you with a returns authorisation number which you can use to send the item back to us.
If your product arrives by courier damaged, or there is noticeable damage to the outer packaging, please refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the item on arrival, so please don’t sign for it before having checked.
There are some circumstances where you may be eligible for only a partial refund, and your item must be unused and in the original condition.
To return the products to us, please send them to Unit 20, Leafield Industrial Estate, Corsham SN13 9SW. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
